Short Description: Joey Ice Cream, in prison and talking to the cops, tells the story about his friends, the notorious Donnelly brothers of New York. The brothers, Jimmy, Tommy, Kevin and Shaun, are disreputable punks except for Tommy who has spent a lifetime making up for a childhood mistake to become the family's best hope. That changes when an ill conceived move by Jimmy to help Kevin sets off a downward spiral of violence and crime. In order to save his family, Tommy makes some desperate choices that lead to committing a double murder. However, as Joey tells his dubious story, the consequences of that choice would have a heavy price as Tommy's misguided loyalty to his largely worthless brothers forces him down a path that would change him forever.
